Rachel is a Chicago-based Taiwanese Indonesian fine artist and graphic designer born and raised in Jakarta. Her current work evolves around an overarching theme of connection and identity, personhood, and the question of what defines home. Merging both her fine art and graphic design work together, she introduces new creative perspectives and aims to bridge the gap between the man-made and the digital. She has held multiple positions as an intern in the past for Jakarta-based design firms as well as ROH art gallery, and is currently the board member and digital ambassador for the Design Development Collective of SAIC and UChicago.

Rachel studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago as an undergraduate student pursuing a BFA degree with a focus in visual communication design and painting.
